Who wants to learn programming?
Did you always want to learn computer programming? This is your chance. During this three-hour workshop you first get a lesson unplugged. There is no computer needed. After that we started with one of the many online tools or apps on the computer or iPad. You learn a lot in this workshop and after the workshop your can self study at home or at school because all the tools are available on www.codekinderen.nl
Duration of the workshop 3 hours
The workshop is for school classes (max 30 children) all ages from 8-15 years

Pauline Maas
In the past 10 years Pauline Maas has given a lot of presentations about literacy and IT. Pauline used to work as an IT specialist and is mother of four adolescent children. She is the author of the book GameMaker4School which teaches children how to make their own computer games and she developed a memory game which motivate teens to reflect on their online behavior. For more information see www.4pip.nl. Pauline Maas also created the website www.codekinderen.nl (for Kennisnet) where children can learn how to program.
Pauline Maas works in Holland for the VSO (special education) and teaches literacy and IT.
