Animation comes from the Latin word ‘animare’, meaning to animate, to give something a soul. Lifeless things, like a ball of clay, an army of toy soldiers or newspaper clippings come to life with animation. Let your imagination run wild!
Based on a short story, a poem or a song, we first create a storyboard. Then we get to work with clay or plasticine to create characters. We bring them to life by constantly making small adjustments between camera takes. At the end of this workshop you will be amazed by what you have created.
